What are the opinions on the best gpu for mining ethereum? We were thinking of building a miner and using different types of gpu to figure out which is the best for the value of the card. So I wanted to see if any experts have already done this?

Depends on your budget, I would recommend to go for AMD gpus Rx 480, Rx 580, RX vega. They are energy efficient.

Hey thanks, currently we have a rx470 Armor because we heard you can overclock them and they dont burn out as fast! But they are double the cost of other gpu's we have looked at. So I guess it might be worth the cost up front if it runs longer@
