Ceo on Twitter expects Bitcoin to become the native currency of the Internet

Jack Dorsey, co-founder and CEO of the famous Twitter social network, as well as the Square payment platform, was a guest speaker at the Consensus 2018 conference. An event where he exclusively commented on his forecasts on the use of cryptocurrencies in the market long-term financial, confessing that it is hoping that bitcoin will become the native currency of the Internet.

According to the reports of Bloomberg and David Floyd - one of the reporters present at the Consensus 2018 gala held this week in New York City, United States - Dorsey would have said that the Internet needs a native currency that facilitates transactions and payments within the web without limitations of third parties.


Although the co-founder of Twitter is not entirely sure if the cryptographic assets will end up taking the position of native Internet currency, if he hopes that Bitcoin will capitalize on the cyber market and enthrone as a currency among web users.
