[dtube] Too Late to Start a Cryptocurrency Channel in 2018?

in cryptocurrency •  7 years ago  (edited)

I get a lot of emails from people telling me that they're thinking of creating their own YouTube/DTube channel around cryptocurrencies.

One of the most common fears that many of these people have is whether it might be too late to start a cryptocurrency channel in 2018. That they might have already "missed the bus", so to speak.

Is this true? Is it really too late? That's what I'll be addressing in this video.

As long as the content is good (like the high standard you maintained @louisthomas), they will succeed!

To crypto and not to crypto is the question. People just need to go for it and take the plunge. Right? Thanks for the share.

no, many people know about cryptocurrency

I think it's not late, we even are not in the middle of time. This is still got time to get in

I think always is a good day to start new things..

cheers :)

great advice @louisthomas , I would say anyone thinking of it -go for it, life is too short , you will never know if you don't try , but also be well informed as well , why not air your views and news on crytpocurrency !

I would do it if i can ... bless you Cryptos are the best.

Never too late to start! The best time to start was yesterday, the second best time is now!

Yeah, never too late there is no time too late to join the cryptos world

@LouisThomas Nice that you are prepared to share your advice and experience with your audience. I think crypto touches society in so many ways that it generates plenty of niches that people can talk about.
For me I think the key thing is that the content creator has to be authentic, add value in some way and differentiate themselves from the rest of the pack. It is really cool to discover new content creators who approach crypto from a fresh perspective.

Unlike investing in a climbing market, this is not about being the first in. It is about capturing people's interest and providing them information and perspective. Is it too late to write a good book? I mean there have been a million of them written.....well...no.

Well buddy even i am new in the world of crypto.. yeah why not? lets do amazing things to get better on this crazy world of crypto..

best regards.

anything related to crypto is never late to do ☺

I think it`s not but depends what language

I believe it isn't to late because with more mainstream adaption coming we will get much more attention and interesting news. Most people who watch videos about cryto now want to know more because they want to invest smarter. However, with increasing adoption it will be more about the technologies and the opportunities and not about the money... We are going to witness new major innovations and inventions!
BE OPTIMISTIC!! :)

I think it might be a little late if you start one on youtube but a really good time to start one on d.tube

If someone has the time and energy I think its great. It's a good time to establish a fan base and build a track record where your opinions seem to have value. The downside is that its a good time to establish a fan base and build a track record where your opinions seem to have no value . By that dichotomy I mean if your opinions and insight feels very disjointed from reality it can come back to haunt you and hurt your credibility. So its all the more important to have good research and a methodology to your logic and reasoning.

It's never too late to do anything new when it comes to crypto just go for it. Crypto is the future. There is always time to do something good, so don't wait for the opportunity go and create the opportunity. You never know how crypto will amaze you.

nice post the market is making alot of people rich

I think if the content is good and helpful then there is still plenty of room in this space, quality is KEY! At the very least you will learn something.

It's never too late for anything and cryptocurrencies will not be the exception

I tried to go in the opposite direction of Crypto based content, there is so much of it here on the block chain already. We need more verity here if we want the site to grow. That is why I tried to get more creative in my videos.

Not too late to join the train of cryptos world, we are all going to welcome the channels.

subscribed! never seen you before here is whats nice compared to so many you are succinct to the point. its because you are bright, articulate & focused. too many with so much fluff. keep at it louis you are helping potentially a lot of people. i'm glad i found you. Thanks:)

Neither do i think so🙌🙌

I don't think it'll ever be too late in case of crypto

Maybe masculinists chanel!!! Do you know that there is very little masculinist movement in the world. You know why!? Please check RED PILL movie with Cassie Jaye. She is on YT too. The answer is really huge! Even she don't talk about this yet.

Absolutely not too late.. I think that largely depends on the content. If one can offer any value to the audience and help solve problems, they will do well. But if it's just another boring video with BS price predictions for crypto, then I'd say don't bother..

As long as your videos are good/great and you have accurate information, it's never to late to succeed. I just bought a camera and thought about doing videos but I don't dare create a video... yet. Once I get to the point and have more knowledge, i.e "I know what I'm talking about" then... maybe...I'll stick to art for now. BTW like your videos @louisthomas

I am the perfect example of a crypto noob getting started in content creation in this space. 100% agree that it is about differentiating yourself. I came into crypto at the end od Dec 2017, right as BTC hit $20,000 and have watched it crash all the way back down to $6,000. the whole thing made me want to understand more and more and more, and i fell down the classic crypto rabbit hole (which in part led me to @louisthomas and then Steemit). Im saying all of this to say that if you love something and are passionate about it, it is NEVER to late to start. be different and be yourself!
