Hey, Louis & friends! : )
I highly agree with the point about the team. I remember when I used to work with a pre-accelerator (StartItSmart Bulgaria), they always emphasized the importance of a good team and presented it as critical. All of the projects that came out of there successful had amazing teams where people matched each other and were proactive & organized.
My favourite criteria is whether the team has already taken massive action, before asking for money. That's what many investors highly respect and it's also a sign of true commitment. That definitely applies to ICOs as well, because it's basically raising money from investors. (duh! xD)
As a recent example, onG.social announced their ICO (which is quite soon) - I loved the team behind it, as far as I can discern from a distance, but more importantly, I was able to create an account and it looks pretty neat. : )
In this case, I appreciate the fact that they're already up and running and have already been backed by IBM, which is another good point actually - many wise investors want to know whether anyone else has already put his money on the line. Then they feel more confident about their decision.

Serious considerations for an investor. Nice!

You're right. That is a huge green light, especially if they were backed by IBM. Thanks I will look into this project

I enjoyed the video. I think you put things in perspective when you said that even if all of these steps are met, the company still only has a 10% chance of success. Everyone is so busy looking for the next get rich quick scheme I think that they often forget this.
