Hi, i am here to write up a quick review of this very interesting and needed project for the whole world.
The Relief project (Original link: http://www.reliefproject.us/) has set a goal to donate to anyone in a crisis, anyone who needs help in the third world countries or has suffered a dissaster.Currently the project is in development and the site is in beta, but you can the check the https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2243790.0 for basic information
The developers of the technology behind the coin are the same people that run the small, but growing https://masternodexchange.com/
The total supply is 100 000 000 coins, while 4 mill will be reserved, so if a massive disaster happens that cant be covered by users the system can react quickly and send funds. Another 3 mill are going to be sold by the admins for funding and stability of the project.
The blockchain is sustained with PoW and PoS, with masternodes added.
One masternode is worth 50 000 coins, because of the masternode system the blockchain ca support instant transactions and transactions WITHOUT ANY FEE, yes it takes more time than usual, but a transaction without any fees can be very useful for micro transactions and tip systems.
The whole system will work with a form that someone (an organisation or an individual) can sign. When signing such a form there will have to be proof of credabillity (photos, videos, personal conversation with an admin etc.).
Anyone can request for help. Every user on the network will be given the right to vote once a day which problem will get funding, voting is totally free, users will be asked to check the mail box for funding projects at least once a day, so people in need can get funding faster.
Once the community of users decides what the money will be spent on the currency is converted to fiat and sent to the people in need, if the system encounters a problem with the funding that has to be sent, the admins will give you a report about the problem and find another route to the crisis center as soon as prossible!
I personally think that the project is nice, the developers have been very responsive to my calls and are happy to talk to anyone about anything that has to do with the project.
There are many more specifics about the project that i havent covered in this short article, if you're interested - PM me or visit the official Discord group - https://discord.gg/U7hS6E3
Another interesting project (by the same developers) that i will cover in another article is Ganjacoin - visit its Discord Here - https://discord.gg/vcE879H

Dear love.progress,
Sounds interesting, porbably have to read more about it. But I am still a bit skeptical because there are other coins too which could be used for donating (nearly every coin)?
However, thx for this post my friend.
Yours truly, Gandalf The White

The coin serves as a means for the system to function, in this case the platform and the stability of the masternodes is the big deal :)
