Of course, when it comes to exchanges there are several things to take into account.
specially security:
- Was it ever hacked?
- Is it fast to withdraw / approve deposits?
- Are the fees low or high? How is their support response?
- Does anything feels shady when trading there?
- Are they staking our coins or leaving the wallets in cold storage?
Always remember that if you don't hold your private keys you have nothing.
Exchanges aren't wallets. Pay close attention to your assets and take care of it.
sometimes you got to be adventurous and go to shady exchanges to get that altcoin gem,
But well. most of the time and with the biggest part of portifolio you only go thorugh the safe ones.
These are my favorite pics:
1. BitMEX
Mex is Fast, with great design and the possibility of changing windows and customizing it.
quite clean and easy to understand.
It's definitely the best place for leveraging bitcoin, in my opinion.
Just be aware, I never trade more than 10x since it's almost a gamble.
Start with low leverage, improve your timing and scale once you get better.
You can register here and get a discount on the fees for the first 6 months
2. KuCoin
With great interface as well, good enough support and transaparency on social media.
I like the fact that they're listing several new tokens (watching $HKN closely here) and that they also have a fee sharing program for $KCS (kucoin shares) hodlers.
3. CryptoBridge
DEX are definitely the future!
Bridge is constantly listing new projects, they have a great discord channel
User experience will sure improve a lot on the future and ETH and tokens are coming!
Oh yes baby!
4. Binance
The biggest one in volume couldn't be out of this list.
They're quite fast as well and have many of the altcoins available and big caps.
Though a big con for me would be the dust collector.
Sounds a bit shady that they collect all our small pieces of coins, right?
hoepfully they can fix that in the future.
5? Cryptopia
I used to really enjoy topia and they still have several gems (anybody else on $IFT?)
but after growing more than 10x in less than 2 months I'm having several problems there these days.
Delays on deposits and withdraws and long long wait for support tickets to be answered.
Let's hope it changes in the future since their news page says they're contracting new people.
they're usually transparent regarding public communication, which is a plus.
What about you? What are your favorite exchanges? Leave a commnet below.
Cryptocurrencies can be dangerous, you could lose all your money and even die, never invest more than you can afford to loose and never buy poisoned water bottles. also, remember to exercise regularly, stretch, eat colorful vegetables and go out on the sun.
