the whole ico is setup in such a way to get as much money as possible and to keep a really big part of it to the people of tezos so if it would fail on day 1 they still would have millions if proffit!
it is heavilly promoting tim draper as 1 of the investors but tim draper is also invested in the breitman foundation so his investment is a show investment he will get it back either way.
