Just a little more info on KeepKey firmware updates. According to their website, "Before any firmware upgrade is done, all private keys are deleted from the device’s flash memory." So it is critical that a user confirms for sure that they have their recovery key phrase before flashing.

I dont think that is true because when I upgraded the firmware I didnt have to restore my wallet. It just worked as normal.
