The token sale with no rights never bothered me much. I know it's there and it really is nothing to worry about. I read a comment the other day on a video that some companies are leaving ethereum and going to EOS. Do you know any companies that have actually did that or do you think that will happen? I've really been enjoying this mini series with Kyle, the funny little overlays you've put in during editing are a nice touch too! It's great to see EOS getting so much more attention now but also bad as it would be nice to have more time to accumulate.

The disclosures and disclaimers made are purely to avoid any regulatory grey areas to ensure the tokens are not classified as securities. Since the ICO was over $150m USD, there was virtually no way for the issue to be exempt from SEC filings in the United States which is why is was excluded. Great series!

I was very worried during my first assesment of EOS especially over this passage, as it looked so heavily like scam. But a scammer would rather unlikely make the effort and disclose his intentions especially (at least not early on)..... and it's clear a lot of the structure of EOS is made to avoid regulations. And still the success of the EOS blockchain depends effectively and heavily on the community, and it's much harder to get things organised this way, than if block.one would have provided the infrastructure and tools around eos as well. So certainly the path to mainnet launch will be bumpy, but it will be decentralised from the very beginnning. At least I'd hope so...

Kindly, i want to give an advice, actually you do amazing job by speaking with expertise one on one and that give us really important inputs, but in my opinion Dtube is good and it's future, but for now who have slow Internet connection possibly they will fail to load the Dtube videos because it's too slow and rigid, if you can share the same video in YouTube plus Dtube that would be great for now because YouTube gives better loading and experience, it's just an advice because i want to watch your videos more effectively. But with your title i am getting the point as, the token sale will implemented without any rights and obligations, and in my opinion this sounds as heart without any life. Rights and obligations are two aspects which gives sense of belongingness and security towards any project and if it's not there then in my opinion it's like creating an building without any base. Ya, actually I have a tough time loading the videos too. I thought maybe just because I was in China. I have to go and find the videos on youtube a lot of the time. But, some advice for Chris to build off of this is that maybe he can include the youtube video in the description (like have it already embedded there) Many steemit authors do that.
