What is going on in the market right now ! 😧😧

I just looked at the market and how cryptos where doing and it was honestly depressing. Ethereum went back under 200 $ What the hell?!? 😧

Steem is now 1$ dash is 167$ bitcoin is 2300$

I dont now ehat's going on and honestly I am pretty worried :(
