Altcoins You Can Get Without Mining?

Does anyone know of good altcoins you can get without mining? I know you can get SiaCoin by selling part of your storage for coins, but I don't know of any others.
I would also take altcoins you can mine casually and do ok with as well, but I don't think many of those exist anymore.
