Well, at least they are fining the banks... who will probably be getting that money back in bailouts...

    They don´t fine banks at all. You know what a bank says? "Hey if you are going to fine us into bankruptcy who is going to take over those 50.000 employed people we have in your country? If I were you I would bail us out."
