Domain Names And Cryptocurrency

in cryptocurrency •  8 years ago  (edited)

I'm excited to write my first post ever here on Steemit. My name is Michael and I have been a domain investor for about a year and recently started to invest in cryptocurrency. Ironically, I have a few cryptocurrency related domain names like Bitcoinalize.com and ForexTra.de, which I have listed for sale.

Domaining in the 90's was a gold rush and now cryptocurrency is the modern day gold rush. I started out with investing in Bitcoin and then researched altcoins and registered at altcoin exchanges. I am investing and trading small amounts while I learn, the best way for me to learn is to actually do what I am learning. Basically you buy low and sell high and I am learning how to read charts, candle stick charts, and learning what the candlesticks mean.

On 6/9/17 I purchased $15.38 of STEEM and at the time of writing this, my investment increased to $21.26 in just 4 days. That's a 33% increase! So if I had invested $150 I would have made over $50 on my investment. That's exciting and once I feel confident in trading, I will invest higher amounts.

Thank you for reading my very first post on Steemit!

Great info Mike. What are your thoughts about Bitcoin?

I think Bitcoin is amazing and also my new hobby. I'm having fun learning how to invest and trade cryptocurrency. What are your thoughts?

Have you heard about the platform which marries Bitcoin investing with crowdsourcing?

I have not. What is it?

Sorry I did not get back to you yet. Still trying to get use to this website. Go to www.freewith3people.com to learn about the platform we use to acquire Bitcoin. Let me know what you like best about it.

If you're interested in something related to domain names, check out the ENS Ether domain service. You can register .eth domains by reserving Ether. There are millions of top names still available

Thank you!

Nice post. I was about to start a similair discussion. In my opinion blockchain is here to stay. A proper investment for the long term. We do need to look better at the insights of every coin. What team is behind it, is there any management. How strong is the product, is there any product at all? An interesting website I found: https://www.coincheckup.com Complete Coin analysis about the team, product, communication transparency, advisors and investment statistics.
