How will the petroyuan and the fall of the mighty dollar affect Steem?

in cryptocurrency •  7 years ago

As most of you already know, today China started to trade oil for yuan which is backed by gold.I read many articles about and tried to gather as much information as I could, but all I have is questions. That's the purpose of this post,I'm seeking answers and hope that someone can give me answers.

Many experts say the rise of the petroyuan will inflate the dollar badly. Now I know what inflation means, but how much will that affect our daily lives and when should we expect that? What could we do to prevent it?

And if the dollar falls, will that bring down the value of Steem as well?To be totally honest: I'm trying to figure if I should stock up on cryptos,or not?Does anyone have an answer?
And dear reader if you do,please keep in mind that I'm a total newbie to cryptos, stockmarket and stuff,so please try to explain everything like I'm a 5 years old :-) Thank you in advance, looking forward to your help Steemians!!

When Mexico suffered hyperinflation in the late 80s and early 90s (read were being bought cheap by the banksters) at a certain point they simply substituted a N for three zeros. Thus a 10,000 peso note became a 10N Peso note overnight. I don't know exactly what chicanery we will face in the coming hyperinflation but it will matter less than you would think. However, stores of value that are not attached at the hip to bankster manipulation will appear to gain greatly and maybe for no apparent reason. ( except precious metals which are totally manipulated) To my, completely unqualified, way of thinking cryptos that stay out of the banksters sights (i.e. not bitcoin) should do well in the coming years.

Thank you,I hope you will be right!
