Peerplays: ??? How do you transfer PPY purchased on Bitshares in both Open.PPY and Rudex PPY

I purchased PPY on BitShares in both Open.PPY and Rudex PPY

I want to transfer my PPY to my PPY wallet PPY. From all of the blogs and articles, it looks like you have to first transfer your Open.PPY to Rudex PPY, then to the PPY wallet. If I sell my Open.PPY on BitShares and re-purchase Rudex PPY on Bitshares there is a big discrepancy in price between the PPY tokens and i lose value.
I have tried all of the tricks online from all forums to do a straight transfer between OpenLedger and Rudex, and it does not work. The Openledger/open,ppy always shows "The gate is temporarily under maintenance" I have tried the Steamit articles suggestions and they do not work.

My goal is to transfer all of PPY from OPEN.PPY and Rudex PPY to my PeerPlays Wallet. *The transfers are confusing and do not work for Openledger and Rudex, the wallet for PPY is not user Friendly as well. If these exchanges and PPY are to make it, there needs to be greater clarity and simplify the structures/transfers.

I have been in Crypto's for years, program and live in this world. I have done very well, but we have troubles in our community understanding and sorting everything out. This is a consensus amongst my peers.
When I talk crypto to most of my family and friends whom are not tech savvy, I get about ten seconds into the discussion and then get a glazed look over there eyes and loose them. Even the few that listen and attempt to set up and get involved in crypto get lost. Sample; I sent out an e-mail last year to 30 people friends and family on Crypto's, how to get started, the definitions, the advantages, very simple step by step procedures and terms. Out of the 30 people I sent this email to, I received 5 responses and met with three people to explain more in detail, out of these three persons, 2 people created and opened up accounts and deposited money into Coinbase, of these two persons only one today actually moved forward, opened more exchanges and purchased other alt coins with my help.

If mass adoption is the goal, then simplicity needs to be paramount. "Keep it simple stupid" Remember most news and articles are written to the 9th grade reading and comprehension level in the USA. So unless the plan is to keep the masses out until we get our cut, then things need to change for this and all exchanges, wallets, platforms etc. It's exhausting trying to get people to understand the technology and what is coming. I have fallen back now and keep myself and community.
