Hi.
Let's discuss,
1- what's a realistic market cap for cryptocurrency in 2018 assuming things stay as positive as they are now?
Is 2 trillion a far fetched number? Or will it even be more.
In my opinion we will see 1.5 trillion or even 2 by the end of 2018
2- I read somewhere that in 2018 1/5 millennials will hold crypto
What do you think about this estimate.
As I have seen on coinbase website they have +10 million users, so it's not very far fetched.
But I think 1/7 or 8 is a much more realistic number.
We have seen a huge influx of new investors in the past two months, people are speaking on bitcoin and crypto in the news, reading about it on Facebook. So the public is aware of it by now. And I guess there will be much more in 2018
Share your thoughts and why do you think so please.
Cheers.
To me if we are looking at replay of 2013 when it went to 1000 and back to 100, then we are going to see a major low around 1000-1500 for bitcoin which will take the whole 2018 to develop.
This will also be time for other cryptos to complete their short-term execution plans and prove their viability.

Well said.
But a repeat of 2013 won't be easy.
There is much more money in the market and much more exposure.
But it is certainly possible
