Factor Workflow

When a function is requested from either a project, or another component of the workflow, the Reference Tracker and Allocation system query for the best contributors for the task structured on their relevant skill-set, and rating while optimizing for cost. Once identified, a Smart Contract for the job can be produced with a spec document attached via IPFS (decryptable only by the client’s personal essential).
This will contain details on payouts and stake required also. In purchase to acknowledge the job, the contributor must stake the needed amount of tokens, with the system itself, by depositing it into the Wise Contract. After the job ends, the function posted off-chain usually is operated through automated testing if relevant, and it is published for manual confirmation via the contributor network then.
If issues are discovered at either known level, the task is rejected, and it is sent back to the original contributor to remedy. The contributor has three such efforts to repair and resubmit, and if they are incapable of completing it, after that their risk can be dropped and the task is reintroduced to the network.
