Hypocrisy is a situation when you say one thing and do another. Monopoly on the other hand is the desire or act of being the only one in an industry. in other words you are the market maker and market taker. You can call all the shots and sell whatever you choose at whatever prices you choose no matter the consequences on the consumers.

The other week, Facebook announced that they were working on a blockchain solution to their social media. If they could announce it, be damn sure that they are already working on it.

Google are probably doing theirs silently. They have been known not to be left out of any modern technological advances. Blockchain will not be an exception being that its one of the 5 cardinal technologies that will rule the nearest future..

My personal annoyance is that these same guys were bearish on blockchain or was it that they were fueling FUD so that they could buy in cheap. They made harsh statements against cryptocurrencies and ICOs terming them scam.

Facebook, Google & twitter banned cryptocurrency-related ads on their platforms. I guess they thought the technology will die a natural death. But they are missing the entire point of the blockchain. They aren't seeing the bigger picture here.

This tech is about freedom. This is about being your own bank free from government and societal control. This is about earning a living and being your own boss. This is also about anarchy; the good kind!

No man can stop this moving train except when it reaches a gas station and decides to take a break by itself. Thats how the crypto arena is. It has seasons and cycles. Forget the prices because they will almost always rise and fall but the technology grows further.

You could wake up one morning and see that the cryptospace is now worth trillions of dollars. Its going to happen soon. Watch and see. The monopoly game that Fb & Gg have been playing since time immemorial is over.

Say goodbye to centralization as the new kid on the block takes over. Basic Attention Token and the brave browser will take over from these guys. (More on these soon!~)
