    What file are you scanning, i scanned it myself and it doesn't come up with the results you are showing

      This was the result for the miner you can download directly from http://signatum.io/.

      For the one you linked for download from MEGA, the results are the following

      I don't see a trojan or similar in the results, some antivirus software seems to generate positive results when finding a miner.

          some scanners see this as a risk as this is a mining tool. Seems to be clean to me
