You hit the nail on the head regarding Litecoin. These have been my thoughts exactly. Litecoin I've seen as BTC with faster transactions, but after the HF, BTC will have this ability. So what really makes Litecoin different going forward? What is it's intrinsic value? I see Litecoin struggling to find it's place in the crypto space of the future.

      I felt this way too, but Litecoin has Charlie Lee <3 :-)
