People ask about use cases for BitCoin and crypto currency. Typically, this means people are looking for the big bang... or a start-up going huge... the "killer app", et al.
But I think a lot of the use cases will happen in small business. Little movements, here and there, that with its butterfly effect will one day be a business model adopted by many. Think of the revolutionary franchise model, started by McDonalds. It was just a random hamburger stand. But Ray Kroc saw something else. The rest, as they say, was history.
This brings me to Pythagoras Pizza in San Francisco, CA. CEO Evan Juo has proposed an internal crypto currency, that eventually with real-time currency stream, will reward his employees and customers. He calls the coin, "Fragments".
Check out their website, where they have a Manifesto (e.g. white paper) for the coin:

Also, an article about it in Business Insider:
And the pizza looks good, too!
Next time I'm in SF, I'm going to eat here. It could be like visiting the first McDonald's back in the day, knowing what would become of it. That said, I'll go ahead and presume that CEO Evan Kuo thinks his pizza is higher quality than modern fast food.
Regardless of what happens with Pythagoras, the $crypto baby is growing up and ideas are spreading. Exciting times!
