Funding more Houses in a Life Extension Village (in Australia) - Crypto?

People,

I need a bit of feedback to develop this proposal - so any suggestions about who to talk to about that would be gratefully received.

The quick summary:

• I am creating a (physical) Life Extension community of people who are interested in Health, Longevity, Science, Technology and Crypto (see the web site for more details: http://lev.com.au) and eventually want to develop the community into a DAO with multiple LEVs in different physical locations.

• The first house in this first village is nearly finished and will be rented or sold early in 2018.

• For more buildings, rather than using traditional methods, I want to develop crypto options for funding further developments and I need to get more experienced crypto people than me involved in the development of the fund-raising tools - whether or not that would include an ICO at some stage.

Initially, to get a decent group of interested and competent people involved, I am thinking of asking for a "Registration of Interest" payment of not less than 0.1 BTC which would give the payer first options for later participation in eg:

• Overnight stays in the residential village buildings.

• Purchase of house lots for building (for personal use or to rent out).

• Influence in the further development of the LEV.

• Influence over how research money raised by my other website "Pay for Research and Development" (http://PayRnD.org) will spend its cash within the LEV.

Or, if they are really interested in helping the cause but are too remote or otherwise restricted from being actively involved, they can treat the RoI as a donation. In any case, I hope that this RoI cash could pay for the system development for the larger funding infrastructure exercise.

Does this make sense to anyone here? Suggestions?
