There is nothing better in a “life” of a project than for the development team to see milestones reached in a reasonable time. Since that is definitely the case with PlayMaker, we are proud to announce that we have successfully launched the testnet on August 1st, 2019.
Testnet is usually used to test various network functions and remove the obvious bugs before launching the mainnet. Therefore, this means that we are on the right track towards the mainnet launch.
Also, our work-loving developers have launched the Custom network feature on August 8th, 2019, that now runs on the PlayMaker network. The custom network is similar to the mainnet but customized by individuals or customers to run as they please. However, to effectively use the Custom network, the individual has to be in control of a node.
Needless to say, both of these features show that we are just a step away from the mainnet and, eventually, from our main goal of producing a fully functional and, above all, highly innovative sports science platform with a sturdy back end an intuitive front end.
Stay tuned as we will keep you updated about all our development and other progress.
