Hi Steemians!
Are you one of the many people who bought crypto last December 2017? Where are the crypto price went up to the sky like a rocket but suddenly plunged this early January of year 2018. Almost most of the crypto have lost 50% and up in just a few months, that's why many holders suffered now from deep pain.
We know that the crypto market price will rise again soon, but the real question now is, when? What do you think the best thing to do for now? Should we just buy and hold it for now? or Should we stop and quit trading? No one knows the future of crypto, but the surest thing now is everything will going to get back to normal again, as soon as the bitcoin price rise again.

A few lessons need to be learnt here for the newbies, number one is to HODL because eventually they will go back up. The other lesson is a very important one about the best time to buy and never buy more than you can afford to lose. Do not buy under the fear of missing out if when the price is sky-high, a good rule of thumb is if all your friends and neighbours are talking about it then it's too late to invest. So many people have made these mistakes and unfortunately are now paying for them, the best way then is to wait to buy at the dip. To all those who invested at a good time like me their wallet won't have dipped to nothing yet but if this crash continues they will, on that I have no doubt.
Once the dip or crash has happened then hold on to them no matter what because the next mistake is to panic sell. If you panic sell you will lose all your money and find yourself very badly off unfortunately. Another tip I have heard is to.not buy it all in one hit, buy it in multiple transactions over a course of months or years because then you will get the best price possible.
The other thing to do is of course buy the dip If possible as you will get more for your money.
I'm still predicting a crash to zero.sucks if it happens but that's what I'm predicting.

The beauty of bitcoin is you can't make a leveraged purchase of it like you can real estate, so the temporary "damage" should be mitigated by that. I personally bought once it went mid 8s, not knowing it was going to touch mid 6s because at mid8s it still made sense to buy. You have to realize this is Bitcoin with a massive coordinated assault on it...and it's only down 66%. That's actually not bad compared to how other securities fare in the face of coordinated negative press, governmental fears and financial institutional assaults. I'm actually a bit encouraged by how well Bitcoin has done in the face of this.
