Decentralization of the exchanges like bitshares allow for p2p transactions removing the middle man. Right now the exchanges are bottlenecking people getting in. How do you impose control over p2p?

      p2p within a centralized serve frame work is easy. However what happens with blockchain decentralized serves is there is no single location to shut it down...
