These contracts include Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) which is converting Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) into electricity and into by products which is being used for local markets.

Global Green Energy Platform :


It is created to reduce the cost of green energy globally using WPP platform, licenses, affiliates and third-party relationships. WPP will deploy this in Q4 2018 for capturing power production data from Green Energy producers around the world. The Green Energy Producers are ready to participate in the platform to provide power at wholesale prices to those who are seeking clean power production at reduced prices from traditional prices.
This platform will change the power generation industry for the benefit of consumers and suppliers both, as the WPP Platform will capture this supply via data transmission to the platform. Data transmitted to the platform will include the type of energy produced, the amount of energy available, the price of the energy and its location.

WPP Exchange Platform :


This will also deploy in Q4 2018 where they will combine the various Energy and Crypto Mining Cryptocurrencies at a single marketplace of their Exchange Platform. This helps in increasing liquidity for all the participants in the platform by allowing them to trade various currencies and energy with one another.

Disruptive green energy technology solutions :

  • WPP energy mobile power station : WPP has a solution under development that will produce 1 to 2.5MW/h. This stand-alone Power Station requires only a water line hook-up and can be delivered anywhere in the world.
  • HHO CLEAN ENERGY CONVERSION OF POLLUTING COAL, OIL, NATURAL GAS AND GASOLINE POWER PLANTS :
    WPP has a solution under development that will convert polluting power producers into efficient low cost green energy producers. WPP business plan includes converting to clean HHO energy as many as possible of the world’s 20,000+ polluting Coal, Oil, Natural Gas and Gasoline Power Plants. WPP has a total solution to clean up this industry, greatly reducing operating costs and increasing Power Plant efficiency, while significantly reducing the costs of energy production.
  • HHO HOME COMPLETE ENERGY SOLUTION :
    WPP has a solution under development that will provide a complete power supply that will typically pay for itself in under two years, Adopters of this technology will thus be free of power bills in a short period of time and will no longer need their utility company’s energy.

WPP’s own global power production data will also be streamed into the platform.

WPP Exchange Platform :



The WPP exchange platform is a soon to be released cryptocurrency exchange with a focus on crypto-to-crypto trading of energy and crypto mining cryptocurrencies and digital tokens. This will result in increased liquidity for all participating cryptocurrencies by allowing the various currencies to trade against one another. At least 20 different energy related cryptocurrencies will be tradable in the platform.

Token distribution & Details :



WPP will have 5 billion tokens as a total supply, there will be three sales for the tokens. A private sale, a Pre ITO sale and an ITO crowdsale. The tokens will be distributed accordingly. Of the 5 billion tokens 50% of the tokens will be used for the sales while 20% will be used for the founders, management and the operations. The WPP reserve will be of 5%. The research and development team will be kept 5% of the tokens. The cryptocurrency rebate program will get 10% of the tokens for the rewards. For marketing purpose which will include referral, bounty, rewards, and community growth, WPP energy is reserving 10% of the tokens.
