During that meeting Putin discussed with a small group of government members about the incentives of newly technology on digital currencies. Olga Skorobogatova , deputy of Central Bank of Russia has confirmed on St. Petersburg forum that Herman Gref (CEO of Sberbank ) will soon develop a homemade centralized cryptocurrency known informally as the “Russian Bitcoin". However, this currency would be the “only freely tradeable” one on the Russian market.
