Talentchain – The Trusted Talent Ecosystem

Overview:

Talentchain is a new blockchain project which is providing solution for employers to easily validate the certificates of the applicants on the decentralized platform. The employers today find it difficult to validate the certificates online and there is no solution to check the authenticity. This has led to many frauds which ultimately results into loss of the companies. Talentchain is thus providing a decentralized platform where the institutes and universities can provide digital certificates to the students. These digital certificates will be maintained on blockchain. Thus, the employers and corporates can easily validate the certificates on the platform.

The Talentchain ecosystem will consist of Universities, Corporates, Government Bodies, Notary and Talents. The platform also incentivizes the issuer and the owner every time the certificate will be verified on the platform.

Challenges Faced Today:

Fake certificates are rising the problems day by day as it is becoming difficult to authenticate the certificates. Students also fall prey to fake institutes and universities which offer fake certificates. Many people also develop fake certificates and degrees to get higher post or a job. Corporates and employers have to investigate to identity which certificates or degrees are true. This investigation process is costly and thus corporates have to pay high fees to hire the right employees.

Solution:

Talentchain is providing solution to the existing problems with the help of blockchain. The certificates and the degree will be created and stored on blockchain. The data once stored becomes immutable. No one can manipulate it and thus it will eliminate the problems of fake certificates. The decentralized platform also enables the institutes to notarize the certificates thus verifying it.

The students after registering into the platform needs to pay Talen Tokens (TTO) to upload their certificates, notarized certificated or degrees on the platform. The employer who wish to see or verify the certificates needs to seek permission first. Th employer also needs to pay TTO tokens to get access to someone’s certificates. After successful verification students get rewards in tokens.
