If the market cap would be 12 billion, the price goes up close to 1$ as there are around 13 + billion coins on the market, am I missing something ?

    Market caps calculations such as this are a farce... Just because a current price is $1 doesn't mean everyone could or would sell it for $1. As sell orders flood any market what would the price do? drop... Market cap calculations are worthless for putting a value on pretty much anything for that reason.
