Bitcoin is a superb model for sending and receiving payments. Low transaction costs (usually) and no censorship means that borders and totalitarian regimes can be circumnavigated with ease. However bitcoin is not perfect. The transaction size does not scale to anything near the transaction rates of VISA or MasterCard. Thus at this time mass adoption worldwide is not possible.

good points and yes its not perfect. It does, however, provide an alternative to the expensive banks and companies like wesern union and paypal. So im loving it also the other cryptocurrencies like Etherium that have there uses
