All is well, but the president is not self-initiative in this, and some are announcing that he is scam

    Yes, I am also following this news. It's not yet clear what is the motivation behind creating Petro and who are really involved in the creation of Petro. It's also not clear how the price per Petro will be controlled in future. Thank you for brining this point here.
