This Crypto is Worth 88 Bitcoins.

I was just checking the website coinmarketcap when I came across this cryptocurrency called Bit20. It is equals to 88.55 bitcoins or 766,755 USD. But there is only one Bit20 and I have not done any research on what this currency is.
If anyone of you knows what crypto is this I would to love know about this.
