Do you know the reason why Neo is green today, while Bitcoin is down? Are the whales moving their money out of Bitcoin and Pumping Neo, until the futures expiration on the 18th? Have Neo made some kind of announcement? What do you think?

    I think they are manipulating, since some people lost the rises that the eth and btc had, they want new people to get hooked and take their stop loss.
