Recently Social Media company Kik has decided to launch it's own Ether ICO. Kik gives incentives to it's users through kik points based on their interactions. Although it has lost it's user base since 2013, it currently boasts of 15 million app users.
This is the first social media app which is using Cryptocurrency to monetize user transactions, the big question is will Facebook follow suit, time will tell?
So kik will pay us for using their client?

Steems success will determine how soon we see the transition from conventional content publishing mediums. It's quite unfair that an author creates the content with all the hard work and then Google uses the content to promote and make money without any sharing with the content creator, this is so unfair.
