Follow the link above to an article confirming what I have been thinking and considering for a while now, and that is that what we are witnessing in the cryptocurrency phenomenon is a new way of investing in companies. In other words, most of the 1,608 tokens listed on Crypto Pro are NOT currencies at all but a way for you and I to benefit from their block chain oriented companies.
This doesn’t mean that the world is not on its way toward a global digital currency. It just means that we are witnessing a revolution in the way people will and are already beginning to carry out their lives and their interactions with others.
Consider what we are a part of here on Steemit. What a unique and amazing way to integrate block chain technology into something exciting and useful. I have blogged for years. I've posted on Facebook and Tweeted on Twitter. But none of those even comes close to the energy and excitement happening on Steemit! Why wouldn't I do my writing here?
At any rate, cryptocurrency is much more complex, much more revolutionary, much more valuable than just an opportunity to invest and make money. This is the future happening right before our very eyes!
