Litecoin looks better and better!

So sorry for the late response. I was not in country for several weeks and my internet connection was terrible. As far as point 3 was concerned, perhaps I should have qualified that more as part of he rumour mill. I have some Chinese friends in China that have been saying that litecoin will be more important than bitcoin in China for a couple of months. I am not sure I believe that but there is a lot of buzz about it there. Their adoption of mobile payments is astounding there and some are saying that litecoin is more suited to the task in the crypto arena. Personally, I think it is anyone's guess as to which crypto currencies will start being used more mainstream, but it does seem like they are going in that direction. You can find many articles that lean towards the idea that there is a positive future for litecoin in Asia. https://www.bitsonline.com/litecoin-amazon-good-news-lee/

As far as the litecoin technology or the litecoin experiment is concerned, some have been saying it was a hoax but I am not so sure of that. Even Charlie Lee apparently wasn't sure. Here is an interesting communication.

I was under the impression that there was an experiment where litecoin was given to MIT students and they were going to develope some kind of technology around it. I am as interested as you apparently are and will continue trying to find out more. Thanks for you comment!
