Is Bitcoin a Scam led by World's wealthiest family and few who rule the world ?

Cryptomarket wasn't good for months. Some people say bitcoin is a bubble. Nouriel Roubini of Roubini Macro Associates said Bitcoin is the “mother of all bubbles,” and its bubble is now bursting, speaking in an interview on Bloomberg Television recently, So Is this really scam set up by some peple secretly ? Lets talk about this topic with some facts. I appreciate your participation on this post for educatinal purpose.

Bitcoin is not a company, It has no corporate entity.. (You can't sue bitcoin, inc. If the promises you were made about bitcoin price valuations don't pan. There is no bitcoin, inc)

1.Bitcoin doesn't have any earnings, revenues, profits, profits or P/E ratios.

2.Bitcoin trading isn't regulated by any one.

3.If the internet goes down, Bitcoins cease to exit.

4.Very few accept bitcoins as form of payment. ( although this could grow)

5.Bitcoins transactions are not free and fee getting increased time to time.

6.You can't sue anything if you loose your bitcoins,

7.Nearly all bitcoins promoters have a conflict of interest in attracting more buyers in to bitcoins.

8.Bitcoin isn't very liquid market compare to stock market, Transactions can days to clear

9.Because of bitcoin isn't regulated by the SEC, Bitcoin promoters can claim any forward - looking estimates for future ( the government cannot take any legal action against them )

Above mentioned factors are rational. But I think Cryptocurrency works in opposition way. They want one world order. but Blockchain and Cryptocurrency fully decentralized. So they can't regulate which means out of one world order.
