All recommendations are appreciated.
The exchanges who don't accept USA based cardholders are being specifically noted. (Feel free to comment with other notes).
So far:
Bitflyer, Japan doesn't accept USA cardholders.
Bitstamp does!
Coinbase does!
Looks like CEX.IO is one. unverified yet. Any opinions on this one? Looking into it...

I used paxful with my Bahamian card and it worked so far its the only thing I tried. As I test out more I will post a blog like I did with paxful with proof.

Awesome. Great reply. Paxful noted.

So far, my preference is Coinbase and trading with GDAX plus Poloniex for altcoins. I'm still exploring other exchanges, but it's a slow expansion with there being so much out there to explore such as ICOs and new tech etc. I can't get an account on Bittrex bc they don't offer it where I live yet. Also, I have noticed complaints from people on almost every platform I've heard of so I think they're somewhat competitive with slight pros/cons for each depending on preferences. I plan to add to this post, which I will post newly, so stay tuned! :D Am followin' ya, too, so we can share info!

Sounds good. Thank you!

Coinbase is giving me fits, so im trying another one, ill checkout the otherones on your post thnx.

I have been using CEX.IO credit card funding service. Looking good so far. The only downside is the higher rate compared to other exchanges.

Ok. Thanks for that info. Curious about the rate/fee.
