The good news is that debit cards are still an option (correct me if I'm wrong). I think investors just need to remember that these regulations, and the scrutiny in general, can be a good thing. Before long, the scams will be weeded out, and the resulting improvement in overall sentiment towards the market will hopefully pay off with increased market caps.
