The first hybrid crypto-fund in Germany promises 15% profit per year

BITREAL Real Estate Blockchain Opportunities Fund 1 (BREBCO 1)

is the first hybrid investment fund combining investments in cryptocurrencies and commercial real estate of the AA class. He is registered within the German Federal Financial Supervision Authority (BaFin).

The fund expects to increase its capital to 40 million euros ($ 48.95 million). The minimum amount of investment should be more than 500 000 euros ($ 612 000). One can invest with the help of bitcoins or "ether", or direct bank payments in euros. The fund promises a yield of 15% per year with a seven-year investment cycle.
