How EthicHub Works?

• EthicHub will make credit and investment opportunities available to everyone. With low-interest rates and access to large markets around the world. 
• Ethichub uses Lendingdev to provide services. The temporary function is to define and establish platform procedures and mechanisms to enable decentralization thereafter to reach the optimum conditions to become autonomous. 
•  The platform consists of a simple front end which is very intuitive to use and where users can choose between the first projects that were uploaded to this social network of investors. 
• Those who access the platform will be able to "meet" the communities of farmers who request funding, the local nodes that organize these farmers and they can also consult the conditions established for each loan.  

Token sale details:

• ERC20 token called Ethix is being sold. 
• It has a starting price of 0.64 USD, and will occur in Q3 2018.Interestingly, they say they will have a prototype by then, unlike most blockchain companies which release a prototype 1+ years from their token sale, so this is a good way to ensure you're not being scammed.
• The total supply will be 100M, so it would need a market cap of 64M USD to ensure the initial price of 0.64 USD remains, however the circulating supply will likely be less so maybe around 30-40M USD for the 0.64 USD price. It only needs to be in the top 250 coins for this to occur, so it seems like a reasonable price.
