Paying my Mortgage with Crypto Profits!

in cryptocurrency •  7 years ago

I've been trading cryptocurrencies for about 3 months now. I started slow and lost small and learned what worked for me. I didn't invest thousands of dollars all at once. In fact, the total amount I've put in is only around 2,000 USD. We're not wealthy people. We will be, but right now we are in a slump and were digging out way out.

Today I told my wife that we made enough money on trades in December to pay our mortgage. So that's what we're doing. We needed to do this because we have had employment issues this year and we no longer have renters in our home. I took a job that should have paid more and then got a pay cut to significantly less. We're fixing our situation with crypto. Things wont ever be this bad again.

I am very proud to have reached this moment and excited to see what's next. I don't day trade, I work too much for that. I just make decisions I believe will pay off. I think that in this market anyone willing to take the time to do it can see the success that I have.

My next crypto goal is generating enough income to focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain. I think I can get there by June or July if I keep reinvesting my profits and continue to cut all our expenses to pour more money into investments.

Haha! I'm very happy for you :). You seem ecstatic! That's wonderful. I think I live in a similar world, but I find it very difficult to trade because I just get really emotional and make bad decisions! So I've only made tiny profits with a similar amount as you invested. Got any tips?

I've made my profits by making trades that were a bit risky. I made a good chunk on Vertcoin. Bought in at $4 dollars after hearing news about their plans for a reward reduction in December. I think the key is to find people who are smarter than you and listen to a lot of them, then do your own research (because no one is perfect). I skim youtube on my lunch breaks and find people to listen to with cryptocurrency news. I also have a friend, together we come to a better consensus on decisions. I don't make too many bets at once. I put a lot in one place so it grows and I can watch it and know when to move. I try to avoid the urge to hop on mooning coins. (Although I'm experimenting with ICO's right now. Flaconcoin is a mess lol)
I recommend this guy on youtube, he's pretty awesome. https://www.youtube.com/user/Suppoman2011

I use my crypto to eat, people laugh at me but the little amount of crypto makes a world of difference you know that for sure like me. Thanks, I'm still not 100% sure how steem and sbd are gained. I'm mostly here because it seemed like the best place to meet other crypto enthusists! Thank you for resteeming it!

Congrats! And Welcome :)

At some point I'm curious about which crypto you are excited about. Actually that might already be in your other posts.

I in the long term. Falconcoin in the short term. Just did the ico and im very excited for the exchange to reopen.

Congrats my man!!! Happy trading.

I'm happy with you. Keep it up.

https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@cryptorep/christmas-gift-clearpoll For the next mortgage my friend. Do not forget to do your own research.

Thank you sir!

I recommend keeping longer than the next mortgage, especially until the POLL tokens do not enter some serious exchange.

You mean until they are on something like Bittrex? I've heard coins spike when they get added.

Exactly. Binance/Bittrex/Bitfinex.

Awesome

I've got a little bit of Ethos and Quantstamp I'm holding for that already.
