For any Crypto Currency to be in demand and be successful the first thing one is supposed to look into is the team behind it,not just the technical team but everyone behind it.We must question, Is The CEO backing it famous enough to influence the market.Now many would think about bitcoin being so successful without all of this.Bitcoin is a exceptional case and its going to be so forever.Like the internet is basic thing on which the whole world of amazon and Alibaba etc resides, Bitcoin is the basic crypto that is going to determine the costs and credibility of rest of the crypto world.many wouldn’t agree with this but just wait and watch and even after 50 years given if Crypto Currency market is not bubble then you will see that bitcoin is at a million dollars while rest of the coins will be dealing with different problems and solving them.

1.Exceptionally good team.Working behind to integrate it with the robust Banking system of the world.
2.The Idea behind it.The idea behind Ripple is so strong that even if some day whole crypto currency market collapses Ripple wouldn’t because its working with the big banking firms solving some of the real problems.This will keep it alive.

Given if the bitcoin world is regulated by the governments and privacy as we dream of is accepted by the governments then on that day I can bet my 100% portfolio on Verge.But we are not even close to this kind of scenario. So how do we decide if verge will rule the privacy world.Now this is a big question.
Verge isn’t the only privacy coin in the world of cryptocurrency. then why there is so much fuss around verge.The first and most weird reason is the Mcaffe tweets.
Now you can see that as John McAfee started discussing this on twitter on Dec 13 Price of verge started skyrocketing.
From all this what we can clearly see is the price surge in verge in recent time was not organic.This didn’t happen just because of Mcafee tweet or Verge maketcap,But It's about psychology. People are constantly saying "Bitcoin is 20 grand? I can't afford 20 grand!" Except of course you can buy a fraction, but that's just not cool. Which is why people bought LTC in droves instead, getting that to explode to 300.While at the same time they could afford to buy multiple whole coins.Buying a 5 cent coin, even one with a huge market cap, is psychologically much more appealing than buying a $500 coin to amateur investors especially.
But in the long term a coin can never survive just on this psychology and Mcfee tweets and Marketcap that has not grown organically.
So I would prefer to invest into a coin that has real potential and has its market cap grown organically over the time.
Now Verge isn,t the only privacy coin, there are more then a dozen coins in the market, so ya why I would still bet on verge, Because I can get a lot of them with out risking much of my portfolio(money) .Because today its worth a few cents,
But if am asked to choose the best privacy coin at this point of time I would rather choose Zcash and Monero.
And you cant compare VERGE and RIPPLE this two are different coins verge has no backing except the idea that its a privacy based coin but there are many other privcy coins as well.But RIPPLE, its a unique coin though there are few other coins like Ripple,Still Ripple is top of them all.But VERGE, it isn’t on the top of the privacy coins.Not atleast for now.
