Scientists @ top-secret Russian nuclear warhead facility arrested for mining crypto-currencies
This just sounds ridiculous... Hahaaaa.... suspects tried to use one of Russia's top scientists I guess got carried away with their brilliant minds and decided to use most powerful supercomputers in a Federal Nuclear Center (which were not even supposes to be connected to the internet in the first place to begin with) to mine Bitcoins.
The method miners use to extract cryptos involve traversing servers and computers controversially. This required movement means that miners have technically broken the law either knowingly or not. I wonder how long they thought they would get away with doing this even if they succeeded...It makes you think aren't these guys supposed to be a little smarter than this?
