The rebranding of $IPBC is planned. After the hype has calmed down a bit and the price settled between 3300-3800 sat, it might be a good chance to enter again.
$IPBC has a working product and after the rebranding, the rumors say, other exchanges will follow.
We are quite bullish on this one and think it won't be "buy the rumor, sell the news", but it would be even more hyped with the news.
But use a tight stop-loss in case it really will be "sell the news".
