Right, but high risk, high reward works once, maybe twice, but eventually the dice rolls and you get high risk. Gambler's never stay rich. Low risk, low reward builds on itself. So you can strike it more likely that way. Plus you are less likely to foolishly trade it knowing how long it took you to get it. If you are going to die tomorrow, sure, risk it all, but if you plan for a few more decades, then take a decade to do it right. your future self will thank you.

The more short term the more intense the emotions. Hard to master but possible. If we don't like stress we shouldn't do it.
