Freewallet is undergoing some major technical changes and coin exchanges from one currency to other are extremely slow and few options are on hold.
For those who are planning to transfer there funds from the wallet, make sure you send it to the same currency address in a different exchange like poloniex and then exchange the amount received in poloniex for the desired coin.
Do not use freewallet exchange service.
I have made a transaction from my ETH wallet to LTC address and is pending since last 2 days.
