When prices go significantly down for no reason

It's likely that most newbies don't know alot about cryptocurrency. I have seen most people come up and invest some good money and when things don't look so good they withdraw regardless of the profits.
The thing. Even the so called crypto experts sometimes don't have an idea where the hell they think the market is going. It's sometimes a hit or miss. When you have some good money in let's bitcoin you can go through waves of uncertainties, a rollercoaster everyday. Mosttimes most of us newbies do panic and we constantly make losses.
We hear some good news about steem and we think maybe things are going to be well in the near future, only for things to go worse.

So the coin that was looking so bullish a few days ago is not even bearish.

So without so much knowledge, what should you do?
I think one mistake we make everyday is to be jumping from one coin to another. We buy peaks because we think it's all looking good.
There can be some losses if you aren't so good, I suppose
It's fine to hodl long term.
Some people have done it, and a months later things turn out to be so good without the pressure of daily fluctuations

So you may not want to stress.
If you are finding it hard to predict prices, then go ahead and hodl.
Prices can be hard to predict accurately, you can't, i can't, no one can.
But in a long run, we always have a rise afterall.
