I was excited about this project due to its concept of secure and lower cost access to identity verification via the blockchain. I was able to successfully participate in its ICO though Ethereum network was jammed due to other reasons. It is remarkable to see how the Civic team carried out the whole crowdsale by queuing the investor and distributing the coins in different price ranges so that it is not completely exploited by the whales. At least the efforts taken by the team during this crowdsale seems to be an initial indication that team is just not behind the money but is willing to execute its plans thoughtfully.
On Jul 6th 2017 in the morning I received the following email from Civic team confirming my tokens:
The founder of this project “Vinny Lingham” is the former CEO of Gyft which is a mobile gift card platform. He is also an active crypto celeb in this space. I think it’s always safe to invest in ICOs with credible people backing it up.
I hope most of my friends here would be looking forward for Civic to officially launch its token on the network soon.
