HELP! accidental trade . need advice

So long story short. a friend pressed buy on a trade which was just damn stupid possibly. he bought some amount of NewEconomyCoin (XEM) at 0.00004099 BTC and the price is currently around 4150.

Does anyone have any pointers or advice on atleast how long to hold this??
